A concert dedicated to solidarity

The Contemporary Conservatory of Thessaloniki supports the work of Médecins du Monde

On Saturday, 31 May 2025, at the Lazarist Monastery, the Contemporary Conservatory of Thessaloniki will celebrate 40 years of active contribution to Art and Culture, choosing to honour this important anniversary with a unique concert:

‘In the world of music by Giorgos Kazantzis’ – Supporting the work of Médecins du Monde in Thessaloniki.

The concert is a retrospective of the work of the leading composer, with the participation of:

  • Pantelis Thalassinos
  • Eleni Tsaligopoulou
  • Fotini Velesiotou
  • Dimitris Bakoulis
  • Giorgos Chouvardas
  • Eleni Dimopoulou

Together with the Orchestra and Choir of the Contemporary Conservatory of Thessaloniki, some of the composer’s most iconic works will be performed, reminding us that culture can be an essential ally in social actions that strengthen solidarity.
