The use by the visitor / user (hereinafter “user”) of the contents of the website www.mdmgreece.gr, the owner, creator and holder of all rights of which is the Organisation” Médecins du Monde – Greece” (hereinafter “MdM-Greece”) requires the unconditional agreement with the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photographs and files included in the website.
Therefore, the user must read these terms carefully before using the website and if they do not agree, they must not use the content. The user is requested to check the content of the website for possible changes. Continued use even after any changes means the user’s unconditional acceptance of these terms.

The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute in general regarding the above terms and conditions of access to the MdM-Greece website.
