ANNOUNCEMENT – INVITATION
The members of MEDICINS OF THE WORLD GREECE are invited to the Annual General Meeting and Elections for the election of a new Board of Directors and a new Audit Committee, which will be held by digital voting means
on Sunday 04 June 2023 at 09:00 a.m.
In the event that the required presence of a quorum is not achieved on the above date, the General Meeting will be held
on Sunday 11 June 2023 similarly by digital means at 09:00 a.m.
The agenda items will be:
- Report on the activities of the Board of Directors.
- Financial Report.
- Approval of the report and discharge of the Board of Directors.
- Recommendations – Proposals.
- Election of the Election Committee to conduct elections.
- Conduct of elections.
The General Assembly will be held through the “Zoom” application and the elections will be conducted through the “Digital Ballot Box Zeus” platform, which is an information system for the seamless conduct of secret ballots in a purely electronic manner.
