Dear members,
Médecins du Monde – Greek Delegation invites you to the Statutory and Annual General Assembly on the date and time indicated in the attached invitation, which will be held by electronic means in order to avoid overcrowding and to comply with the current health protocols.
Everyone’s participation is deemed absolutely necessary, as a quorum must be established in order to approve the amendment to the bylaws.
Those members who have not received an email are kindly requested to contact us so that we can otherwise make available to them the proposed amendments to the articles of the Statutes, as formulated after a long effort by the members of the Board of Directors in full compliance with the recommendations of a competent team of legal advisors, in order to be able to study the proposed amendments and send any comments by Monday 31 October so that they can be discussed during the Statutory Meeting.

Finally, a polite reminder to all members to pay their annual membership fee for the year 2022, as we are already in the 10th month of 2022.
